INSTALLATION & SETUP

1. Install the extension from the Microsoft AppSource

Navigate to Risika Setup using the built-in search functionality.

2. Fill out general information in the fast tab “General” with values provided by Risika A/S

3. Change values under the FastTab “Update Customer Fields”, to update customers after your choice.

USAGE

This module updates information from customers with a valid Vat Registration no. in Denmark, Norway or Sweden.

Updating customer info

a) Create a new Customer with a valid VAT Registration No. (Actual value is hidden in the example).

b) Choose “Update Customer” in the “Risika Credit Module” fact box.

The customer fields will now update recording to your Risika Setup.

Update Credit Rating

a) Choose “Get Credit Rating” in the “Risika Credit Module” fact box.

The fact box will now be updated with information from Risika A/S.

Monitor Customer

a) Choose “Monitor Customer” in the “Risika Credit Module” fact box.

The field “Monitoring Active” in the “Risika Credit Module” fact box will now change to Yes if active.
